How often does your inventory change?
Regularly! We receive new donations and purchased items throughout the week, which means our floor is always evolving. If you didn't find what you were looking for last time, it's worth stopping back in — something new may have just arrived.
Can I put an item on hold?
We generally do not offer holds on items, as our inventory moves quickly and fairness to all shoppers is important to us. If you find something you love, we recommend taking it with you that day. Exceptions may be made on larger furniture pieces — just ask a team member.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Because our inventory is secondhand and one-of-a-kind, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to inspect items carefully before purchasing and ask our team if you have any questions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. We do not currently accept checks.
Are your prices negotiable?
Our items are priced to be fair and accessible — we work hard to keep prices reasonable without underselling quality finds. Prices are generally firm, though we do occasionally run sales and promotions. Follow us on social media to stay in the loop.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
We are a brick-and-mortar store and do not offer shipping at this time. For larger furniture items, pickup assistance or local delivery may be available depending on circumstances — please ask us directly for details.
Is this a nonprofit organization?
No — The Tithing Thrifters is a for-profit business. We are not a nonprofit, and donations to us are not tax-deductible. What makes us different is that we have built a 10% charitable giving commitment directly into our company model. Every sale contributes to that giving — and we're proud to be transparent about how it works.
